At Fluenzu, we strive to provide world-class language training experiences. We also believe in clarity and fairness when it comes to cancellations and refunds.

1. Course Enrollments

Once a student enrolls and payment is confirmed, the seat in a specific program (group or private) is reserved. We encourage all students to review the curriculum, schedule, and expectations before making a purchase.

2. Cancellation by Student

  • Private Classes: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling. No refunds will be issued.

  • Group Classes: No cancellations or rescheduling permitted once the batch starts.

  • No-Show Policy: Missing a session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that class.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All purchases made are final. We do not offer partial or full refunds under any circumstances.

  • Transfer Option: In special cases, the remaining sessions may be transferred to another individual upon prior approval.

4. Cancellation by Fluenzu

In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule a session (e.g., due to unforeseen technical or scheduling issues), we will offer:

  • Full rescheduling of the affected session

  • Or a credit toward a future session of equal value
