1. Nature of Services
Fluenzu delivers online French language training through:
Live one-on-one sessions
Live group classes
Webinars and digital resources
Course recordings and study materials (where applicable)
2. Access & Delivery Timelines
Upon successful payment, students will receive an email confirmation and WhatsApp support within 24 hours to confirm session scheduling.
Access links (Zoom/Google Meet) and study materials will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp before your first class.
For self-paced or pre-recorded modules, delivery is instant or within 12 hours of payment.
3. Mode of Delivery
All classes and digital resources are delivered via:
Zoom / Google Meet for live sessions
WhatsApp or email for communication and resource sharing
Google Drive or Learning Management Systems for recorded content
4. Technical Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery, learners must have:
Stable internet connection
Access to a device (mobile/laptop) with audio/video
Zoom or Google Meet app installed
